Privacy policy
Last updated October 17, 2026. Qelion Labs (“we”) runs qelionlabs.com from Edmonton, Alberta, and follows Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email, website (if you add one), the service you’re interested in and your message. We use this only to reply to you and discuss your project.
When you browse the site, we collect basic usage data: the pages you view, how you arrived, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address.
Tools we use
- FormSubmit delivers contact form messages to our email inbox.
- Google Analytics measures visits and which pages are useful. It uses cookies.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to enquiries, and help show our ads to relevant people. When you send the form, a hashed (scrambled) version of your email may be shared with Meta to match the enquiry to an ad.
- Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the services above, which process it on our behalf.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and manage any work together, and delete them on request.
